In 2003 the Townsend Letter published an article on the use of intravenous (IV) glutathione for endurance athletes. What was remarkable was the success rate of the intervention. Using glutathione (a profound antioxidant that is only available from intravenous delivery) the average cyclist was able to increase their  performance by over 7% in one month.


Glutathione is a compound formed of three amino acids: L-Cysteine, Glycine, and L-Glutamic Acid. When an individual tries to consume this compound orally, stomach acid cleaves the bonds between the aminos rendering the compound inert.


As seen in the 2001 issue of "The International Journal of Sport Nutrition, Exercise, and  Metabolism. Athletes frequently diminish their Glutathione during training an during events. In their study, they explored the antioxidant status and oxidative stress in elite alpine ski racers. It was found that low levels of glutathione slowed workout recovery dramatically.


The author performed an experimental trial with 1,000mg of glutathione injected intravenously once a week for 4 weeks. the subject's speed improved by over 7%!

Andropause / Male Hormone Replacement

Andropause, or “Late Onset Hypogonadism,” occurs in men around the ages of 35-45. Autism

Autism can be a heart wrenching diagnosis to hear from your Doctor. As a parent of an Autistic son I know the heartache a parent feels with a newly diagnosed autistic child. As a parent I also understand the desperation to find effective therapeutics.

My hCG Weight Loss Journey
